Jacek Marczyk Ph.D., Executive Chairman, Founding Partner
Ex rocket scientist and author of ten books on uncertainty, complexity management and data analysis, Dr. Marczyk has developed the Quantitative Complexity Theory (QCT) and a complexity-based theory of risk and rating. With 35 years experience in various sectors, he has introduced the Global Financial Complexity Index and a Business Complexity Assessment UNI 11613 standard. His QCT has been incorporated in 2018 on a chip built by SAIC with funding from the US Navy and the DoD. His Ph.D is in nonlinear mechanics.
Jan Glinski Ph.D., Founding Partner
Leveraging over 30 years of international, hands-on expertise in high-tech business development, P&L accountability, organizational leadership, corporate strategy and alliances, Dr. Glinski has held senior management positions in various multi-national firms. He holds a Ph.D. in nuclear physics.

He has over 35 years of international experience, having operated at board level of major financial institutions in Italy, Spain and Portugal. Mr. Graci's background is economics with Information Technologies-related know-how in financial services. Mr. Graci holds a degree in economics.

Mr. Wolszczak has nearly 15 years of experience in TV news channels and news production companies. Mr. Wolszczak was co-founder of TVN CNBC, the Polish branch of CNBC Europe, as well as author and co-author of award winning economic TV programs. He holds a degree in economics.
